do you kill centipedes?

I see some centipedes in the bathroom sometimes and of course my first instinct is to step on them. But i read an article that you shouldn't kill house centipedes since they kill other pests like cockroaches.
So I just let them grow for a bit instead. hopefully they do kill other pests.

Every time I see centipedes inside my bathroom or bedroom I automatically kill them too because I'm afraid they might sting my dog who sleeps on the floor

Every chance i get. Mom experience getting bitten and it really hurts, i make it my mission to do the same. If you think they won't get into your skin if they get the chance you're mistaken.

If one came in, it's going to die here. I just hate it when bugs come inside, if a fly comes in I have to chase it and get rid of it. And I have no roaches for food for them to eat, so they are not welcome. I spray my thresholds every week, front door and back, and around the garage door. Hopefully it continues to help, because I rarely see anything but a fly.
