I Like My Old Stuff!! / myLot

I've got an old TV I'm deciding whether to throw away or not. Only one channel works. I didn't get the converter when tv went digital. But I like this old TV and like the good old fashioned TV's. Don't want a flat screen. Do you have something old that you keep and still use even though people are telling you you might as well get the latest and up to date items?

My car.

It's nearly fifteen years old and not very pretty, but it gets me where I need to go and it's actually a bit more fuel efficient than our much newer car. Not having a car payment is nice. As long as it runs well, I don't really see the point in replacing it just because it looks kind of crummy.

@yukmori I'm with you on old cars. Mine is a 2004. No electronic anything. It has a radio. And it moves along when I put my foot to the pedal.

My phone. It's not really old for me, just not the latest model. It's just around 4-5 years. I don't see the point of spending money on a new one when this one is still usable.

Probably my entire house! I still do not have a smart phone and do not pay for streaming TV service.
