April 6 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's been a busy day today. I was going all morning.
I'm thankful for getting up early enough for the pool and had a good workout. I didn't do the fitness center this morning.
I'm thankful my hospital appointment was one hour instead of two or three. I got out of there at a decent time instead of wasting half a day there.
I'm thankful I got my laundry done at my son's. I spent time with my grandson this time as my son was out on deliveries.
I'm thankful I found the apartment complex I wanted to apply at. It took time and getting lost a couple of times before I found it. However, no one answered the bell to let me in and find out about the place. I'll go online and let them know I'm interested and go from there.
I'm thankful I remembered to vote today. I went online to find out where the voting place was. I can say I didn't get lost getting there. 
I'm thankful for a wonderful call from my sister. We talked for at least an hour.
I'm thankful for my friend from Writer's Guild calling to remind me about the meeting in an hour.
So, as you can see, I wasn't here much today. I'll be here more tomorrow, I hope. We'll see. I'm only getting my hair cut tomorrow.

Definitely sounds like a busy day there. Was a mostly normal day here, although was productive at the end of the day - got our tail light fixed finally

You sure did have a productive day! I'm also thankful that I got my laundry done this afternoon when I got home from work. One less thing I have to worry about for the rest of the week. Now, if I could just find someone to wash my truck....

@just4him My daughter would be more likely to wash my truck than my son would. But this past weekend, I ended up washing my truck myself, and my daughter washed her own car. My son doesn't own a vehicle yet, since he just turned 18 and got his license, but I'm sure when he gets his own car he'll understand the importance of taking care of it.

I am thankful for my work here and in Survey Junkie which is my source of income since the payouts at the latter are pretty fast. Nothing against My Lot which has huge payoffs.

That's one busy day. Happy to hear it had gone well.

Hope you can get in touch with the apartment complex you're interested in.
Enjoy your hair cut! I'm in dire need of one myself but so far keep procrastinating about making an appointment.

So far there are only two I'm on the waiting list for. One I'm hoping on is right out my back door - the senior housing complex. It's very nice with wonderful amenities.
