Apparently this is happening more than I realized and it isn't just to me!! Mine are becoming more regular and I was beginning to wonder. I mentioned it to hubby this morning and he mentioned hearing about it on the news . He said that a lot of people were reporting nightmares and this is the second one that I can remember and it seemed to go on for hours and hours. And if that wasn't bad enough, when I awoke, I couldn't determine whether it was really happening or just a bad dream.
Is anyone else experiencing dreams that are worse than normal?? Can't wait for some really good dreams to happen. I think that we will be more than entitled!!

The anxiety that this pandemic has brought is causing those nightmares.
Can’t wait for something good to happen soon too.

I wasn't really dreaming before the pandemic. And still. I can sleep right away on any night, but I wake up wide awake and can't sleep for a couple or so hours because my mind starts running. This has gotten worse in the past year . . . I wake up stressed .

You've had Covid? Yikes. I'm sorry about the bad dreams. I have anxious dreams often but that's been happening for years.

Covid has ruined everyone's life, business, education and anything. No wonder that it won't cause a nightmare.
