What kind of exercise do you like doing the most?

Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters I woke up in a very cold weather. No snow today but very cold air. It is like you`re inside a refrigerator Good thing we have a heater and can still enjoy the warm feeling. I usually want to have a morning walk as part of my exercise in the morning but I most enjoy the dancing exercise because you don`t have to go out and feel the cold weather outside. How about you my dear mylotters? What kind of exercise do you like doing the most? Do you still go to the gym or just do some exercise at home? Good Afternoon to you over there. What time do you usually exercise? Do you follow a video when you exercise or you just exercise with music alone ?

@m_audrey6788 Usually after I work in the afternoon. I cannot fins a ix time still. I sometimes follow a video a I do some exercises with music alone

I enjoy playing golf for exercise. Lots of walking while having fun too.

@m_audrey6788 I start the day with a cold shower then a brisk 6 km walk and try to get another 6 km walk in the afternoon.

Wow! That`s good. I hope I can do that too. I just can`t because of the bad weather outside but I love walking in the morning and night time too. 30 minutes after dinner

@m_audrey6788 Rain and cold can never be avoided in Ireland so I ignore them. It’s ok once to get started.

I enjoy walking too but I also like to workout with weights and aerobics exercises.

If I have the strength. I love to do that too but I have health problems can`t do heavy things Good that you can do that. It is much better to have a healthy body with that kind of exercise

@m_audrey6788 I am sorry that you can't lift weights but there are other sort of exercises that are surely good for you.

I used to do yoga before, now I have switched myself to brisk walking.

Both are good. I also do brisk walking at night time after dinner time. It helps me feel good before going to bed

@Teekaaa I follow the dancing exercise of Richard Simmons sweat and oldies 3 and it helps me a lot for a day workout

I like walking only. That is all to do here. I will not go to the public swimming anymore though I love to swim.

Yes walking is ok now. Swimming is not a good idea for now. I hope this pandemic will end
