What things you do to calm your mind??!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. We are in this current situation wherein we are home most of the time and the alarming rise in cases which we see in news has wrecked our mind.
There are some things which I do to have a calm mind in these times. The things I do are as follows:-
1) I workout at home daily that keeps me sane and fit at same time.
2) I eat veggies and fruits to keep my immunity strong.
3) I listen to music that helps me to be in happy mood.
4) I watch comedy serials/ movies to keep me happy.
5) I take all precautions everytime I am outside and so does my family members. It acts as a great mental relief when you take precautions at every time.
I watch news but don't get into panic mode as it won't serve any good. We just need to stay calm and cautious all the time in this situation.

Collect plants and take care of them. They’re awesome therapy. I also diffuse different types of essential oils to help me calm down and stay positive.

To keep my self calm in the midst of this pandemic I arm myself with the latest news about the situation around the world and in our country, province and city. For me it is important to know what is going on from the right source of information.
