Started the chicken

Well, I just started it marinating. Going to leave it in the marinade for couple hours, then dredge it and fry it. Then I got to figure out the sides. Maybe we at least have some rice, not sure. We needed to go to the grocery store, kept putting it off. Anyway, it should be good, I put all kinds of seasoning in the marinade plus soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and hoisin sauce and vinegar too. Then the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay seasoning, Adobo seasoning, oregano, lemon juice, etc. I just played it by ear, made up my own recipe. It should be good. Also put in some mirin wine, forgot about that. Going to use half and half in the dredging, we ran out of eggs. Probably use bread crumbs, I think we're out of flour. I'm pretty sure we have rice somewhere in the cupboard. We might have run out of the frozen rice, which is easier, but we had some in the cupboard I'm pretty sure. As for vegetables, we might have to forget that for tonight.
