In 1953 Hank Williams was at number one on the Billboard country chart with "Your Cheatin' Heart"
In 1963 Gerry and the Pacemakers were at number one on the UK singles chart with "How Do You Do it" It was their first of three UK number one singles
In 1970 The Beatles were at number one on the US singles chart with "Let It Be" and stayed at the top for two weeks, It was their 19th US number-one single in 6 years
In 1994 Oasis came out with their first single "Supersonic"
In 2014 Nirvana was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with Kiss

Love Gerry and The Pacemakers and the Beatles. I remember this Hank Williams song. I was only 5 when it originally came out.
