If internet wasn't there today. How will we spend time during this Pandemic??!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I was just wondering today that if internet wasn't invented till now, then how we humans would spend our time in this pandemic??!!.
Since last year, whenever we faced lockdown, some were living with family and some were living alone. However, we all have consumed a lot of content on OTT platforms.
We also spend lot of time on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.
If internet wasn't there then I think we would have played board games with family if living with them or just watched TV or listen to music.
I think eventually we would have bored to death. Internet saved us from being insane and to occupy our minds on huge scale with all the free time we had at our disposal.

I wonder what will be my work without the internet. If the internet was not invented, maybe I would be in my province.

Something like this occoured well over 100 years ago, in 1918. Back then, t.v. didn't exist. Eletricity was barely a thing (nothing like today) Aside from masks, there really wasn't much different. Except, you didn't go to work, you didn't eat. That simple. Oh.....and we were kind of in the middle of World War I. So..... just be glad that you're just bored.
The only thing about then and now, is that technology has evolved to the point, we can't escape news about the pandemic. If it's not on every news outlet, it's on social media.
