Our daughter-in-law has been working again. She had stopped when covid hit to keep an eye on the kids.
She worked for pay on the Biden campaign.
She has an online law class at a law school in New York.
She was hired by Mt. Sinai Hospital to create films to help new
mothers overcome various problems with nursing. She has to use a TV studio in Manhattan once a week.
She is back working as a Doula. She’s very much in demand again. She wears masks and scrubs over her clothes when entering the homes of strangers.
And she belongs to various nonprofit organizations to work on women’s rights, health care, immigration policies, and helps the needy and poor in the US and around the world.
She’s an excellent mommy, too.

@jobelbojel She cares about people. All people. Many cannot say that. I adore her and also thank her for making us grandparents.

She was never idle when home with the kids. Besides taking care of them, she was busy taping lectures for law school classes, negotiating her contracts and fees, finding homes and jobs for immigrants in NY, and consulting with clients over the phone regarding nursing their babies, etc., and baking fresh bread every day.
