Boy have I been busy.

It all started on Wednesday last week when I saw his face on the humane society website and asked to meet him. I really hate covid cuz they no longer allow people to browse the pets to see if you'd want this one or that one. They allowed me to meet Roscoe and 2 others but this guy captured my heart.
Doesn't he have an adorable face? He is a German shepherd/terrier mix and from the looks of his face I'm guessing maybe Airedale.
He was 13 weeks old as of last Friday and is teething, I'd forgotten what it's like to have a teething puppy around. Suffice it to say I am not bored.
He has lots to learn but he's smart and almost has the command Sit down but I still need to work on that.
He has not barked at Boobear which is a good sign but Boobear is not ready for a face to face greet. That'll just take a little time.
Sure, I still miss Ally but what's life if there's no dog in it?

I'm more of a cat person, but I fully understand the feeling. I can't imagine my life without cats.

@rebelann Most dogs that I used to own who are now deceased were mixed breeds.

He's a handsome gentleman! I agree, We rescued our "little" boy Duke about a year and a half ago and I really can't remember a time without him.

He is a real charmer. I am not a dog person, but you know about me and cats. Whatever the pet, a good cuddle helps when you are down.

Oh yes, he is at that. Yeah, I have 2 cats as well and they do kinda cuddle IF they're in the moon. Somehow I've always counted on my dogs to let me cuddle anytime, they're not as finicky as cats are.

For my day-to-day online work, I don't consider myself busy. But when my kids come to me for help with complicated life problems (that they created for themselves), man oh man! Talk about being busy!
