Not a complete bust...

I'm glad that I had other things to do when I went out.
When I got to the Health center and went to the window to say I was there for "labs" my doctor had ordered, I was told that they would call me, and gave me a sticker to put on when I came next.
After all the walking I did...
I guess their policy changed again, because before they let you in and took your temperature before letting you go on to the lab. I have no clue when they're going to call me, and I wish they'd told me that on the phone.
Sigh. So it was back to the bus stop, and on the way after I got on the bus I stopped at the bank to deposit a check. After that it was walking to the original bus stop and coming home.
Well, I got some excersise and put some money in my bank account. It wasn't a total bust going out....
Also, thank you to the person who reminded me about stretching before. I've been doing that, and my legs don't hurt so bad...

You mean they did not have you sit in a waiting room so they could call you back?! You have to wait at home to be called?! That is odd.

The exercise would lower your blood pressure but this kerfluffel would raise it, so no net gain nor loss.
