Going to look for a tailor

I got a fabric badge to add to my work uniform. Unfortunately there's only one for now but I need to wear the badge each time. I don't want to use pins, it might ruin both the badge and my uniform. The next best option is using Velcro (hook-and-pile fasteners). I already got the Velcro but I don't know how to attach to my uniform without sewing it. Google said I could use iron on adhesive. To order one would take some time, therefore I am going to visit a tailor for a solution. Who knows they have something that doesn't require sewing (despite being a tailor...) If they insist on sewing, then I'll just order the tape.

Sewing on a badge should be easy.

Not for me. Sewing is not a skill I managed to master. Weird, huh?

You should learn to sew. It isn't hard.

I've tried I rather fix things around the house as it's easier than sewing.

@prinzcy My mother was a seamstress. She made most of our clothes when we were little. I learned in school and from my mother.

They should know how to help you best. Tailors don't just sew.

Buy fabric glue, it should be easily available, tailors should have that kind of glue.

Since she didn't recommend it to me, I guess she didn't have it. I'll look online then.

We used to have clips that would attach our plastic badges to our clothes.

She managed to convince me to sew it. I'm going to try on two uniform first. If I don't like I'll just remove it.
