I also served a small Asian salad. Hubs loved it, and that made me feel good.
It was so simple to make.
I’m running out of ideas. May have to have a date night out in an outdoor restaurant when it warms up more and isn’t raining!
Dessert will be salted caramel chocolate yogurt bars.

We are in complete lockdown here. Although some good restaurants are delivering food, it is not the same as going out and being served by a waiter.

@DianneN I don´t like to ask for food if I´m dining alone. And I have not had much company during this last year.

Are they fruit salad or macarani? The salad I enjoy the most is buko salad or a salad made of coconut...

That does sound kind of good. Still don't know what's on the menu for tonight. But, I know hubby will need to get to bed soon.

It looks like a presentation for the cover on a magazine. Nice job there Dianne. Hi you try to make completely different things each week? Surely your could make things your did a year ago again?

@DianneN I have a ton of cookbooks too that I rarely or never use anymore I'm thinking I need to go through them for giveaway. Especially since I'm mainly using my keto cookbook for myself.

You're so gourmet - love it - and I"ll bet your husband absolutely loves your cooking! As we have not gone to a restaurant at all in over a year, I have certainly made good use of the internet for fresh ideas. Last night we cooked up a Greek meal !

It looks yummy. I love shrimp. How did you make the Asian salad? I would do that. Alot of the restaurants here have brilliantly incorporated outdoor dining..but here you can eat outside the majority of the year.

That looks good. It seems it came out of the kitchen of a five-star rated Michelin chef.

As what I have imagined. While reading your previous post, you mentioned about the pasta with shrimp. I pictured it in my mind same as the one in the photo.
