Thanks so much, Marsha. We usually order dinner over the weekend, but I enjoy fooling around. I made a nice dinner the week before. I have a ton or cookbooks and recipes I’ve organized over the years neatly organized in binders.

It looks yummy. I love shrimp. How did you make the Asian salad? I would do that. Alot of the restaurants here have brilliantly incorporated outdoor dining..but here you can eat outside the majority of the year.
