Predicting Outcomes: "Is it a gift?"

If I can only have the gift of predicting outcomes, I will be glad. Some people claimed that you can do this if cleansing your soul and do fasting, you can able to predict what may happen in the future, such as psychics, fortune tellers, etc. Perhaps I will try to find a pixie and wish something to him or her.
Any idea how can we have this special gift?

I guess one must practice logic.
I can predict almost all the endings of movies.

@aureliah Yup. In an action movie, the protagonist always wins. But there's one I failed to see the outcome - Law-abiding Citizen - a Gerard Butler starrer.
I don't watch soap operas.
