It's early Monday afternoon here in the Northeast. Jack is doing his school work and I have had a bagel and two cups of coffee. I have to admit I am hungry and I need to start thinking about what I want to eat next.
No plans today, I did a load of laundry and finished up the writing assignments I had so now I am free. I did some dusting this morning but not much else in the housework department.
We have plenty of leftovers so I don't need to cook dinner. The weather at least is really nice getting a lot warmer and at least partly sunny. Nothing much to share today just another boring day.

We are basically staying home today, it's raining outside. I ran to the store for 1/2 hour, then came back home. I need to do some laundry today, probably a dark load. For dinner, we have leftovers from yesterday's meal. No cooking today, just warming things up.

I have a full hamper upstairs filled with clothes to wash and I need to change the bed but I'm not sure I will get to it.

I haven't eaten since about 6am this morning.
I am suffering from a throbbing headache, I got up for a bit to drink something and I picked up my laptop, but I will be going back to lie down again soon. Not a good day in the life of l'il ole me.

@BelleStarr Thank you, I think that this is 'it' for the rest of today anyways.
I got up finally realizing that its just still there and not in a hurry to leave me.
I am glad that I am off from work today, I would not be worth much if I had to work, so I am just going to putz around, I have a roast that I'm doing for supper, so that is easy peasy.

Be very careful with rain dances, back in late 2005 I did a few rain dances but forgot to ask that we wouldn't get flooded. In 2006 we experienced the worst flooding in recorded history for this region.
Now I make sure to ask for reasonable rain and even specify that I need it where I live. This county is pretty big.

@BelleStarr Yes, it's a new 3 x 2 free-standing home in a gated over-55s community. I think we'll be very happy there once we get over the change.

I am envious of your bagel. I have not had one in ages. I cannot find any around where I live. I love the pretty flowers in the picture you put for this post. Leftovers are good so so nice you do not have to cook dinner. I bet that is one thing less to do.

That is terrible I never imagined bagels would be difficult to find, I have one almost everyday. I wonder how long it would take to get from here to there. I could send you some.

No that is ok. I can find them here when I need. I will just have to go to town and they have to be kosher. That is nice of you to want to help but that is the least of my problems right now. I do not eat a lot of bread anyways. Thank you and because of you I decided to go into a place while in town and bought some bagels. I bought two regular and two onion and had some of the onion with peanut butter and chocolate spread. It was really good.
