How do you manage drowsiness while on duty?

It’s just past 3 in the afternoon here at my end. I can’t focus working on my papers as I am so sleepy and want to take a nap but I can’t. I don’t know how to relieve this sleepiness since I no longer drink coffee for over two months I guess per doctor’s advice. Stretching and walking also never help when these are some of my sleepiness buster most of the time. I’m sure my blood sugar is normal according to the recent laboratory result. I’ve got a reading of 90.

Good that it works for you. I've tried many times but still I can't get over with the situation.

this is hard. I usually drink coffee and walk somewhere so I will not be just sitting

The problem is stretching and walking did not help. I would really like to lie down.

My first choice would always be coffee. If I can't have coffee, I would just wear earphones and listen to music while doing my work.
