Oh, for goodness' sake...

Sigh.
Well, I got off of the phone with someone who was helping me get information that I needed to finish an apartment application that I was filling out, and no sooner did I get the information filled in, got off the phone, and hit the "send" button at the end of the application, A message came up that said,
"This apartment is no longer available."
I called the place and left a message asking if they would at least keep my information for another time, and also had a conversation about whether or not I paid the application fee, which I could swear I did, but--maybe I just thought I did... 
Who knows. 
Oh, well, maybe this wasn't the place for me, anyway. The Lord only knows...

Apartments can go as fast as houses. Sometimes faster, apparently.

The lady I spoke to on the phone said to keep an eye on the website, and that "You never know, someone could walk into my office within the next hour and give 30 days notice..."
Also, it's not the only "pie" I have my finger in...

@xstitcher I didn't think it was. I've done my fair share of apartment hunting, too. With my husband. Fun times.
