A fellow from church picked me up, and as soon as we got to the "apartment complex", he said, "Something's off about this". We went to the office, but the door was locked and no one was there. We went up to the "apartment", and there was a big lock on the front of the door. Neither of us were too keen on the stairs. They were wide and too separate from each other, and my friend said, "What if you fell? How would your dog get up and down these stairs?" We saw a lady who looked like she lived there going by and asked if she knew when someone would be in the office. She said something to the effect of "Hardly anyone is ever there." We left, and my friend said the place was likely condos as opposed to apartments, and quoted something else the lady we talked to said to back it up. I don't know the difference, so I took his word for it. He said to make sure the place was an apartment, not a condo before I went somewhere. So, that was a bust. Oh, well. Maybe next time.
