Writing on a Cake

is not my forte. My hands always shake when I write words on a cake. I think I have to practice more.
I was busy yesterday that I came only here for half an hour before sleeping. I was so tired. It was my productive day again offline. Now I am waiting for the cake to be collected. It is a birthday cake for the mother of a friend. I have to reduce the sweetness of the icing as ordered. My hubby was my ‚ guinea pig‘.
I forgot to tell him that there was espresso powder in the icing. He doesn’t like coffee. Well, he has not noticed, I suppose.
Anyway, the weather is only 8C this Sunday and the sun is on and off. Enjoy your weekend. I will tend to my notifications now. Thank you for reading.

Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary and here we can order cake online but unable to write on it. So I too little worried because I too can't able to write on it because my hands too will shake.

Happy wedding anniversary to you and your wife. I think it is okay if you can’t write on a cake that you have ordered. Maybe you can write a poem for your wife in a card. Thank you for commenting @sunilparthan.

That turned out better than what I could ever do! I have cheated and printed out a computer message and put it top of parchment paper to stick on a cake

Yes, it was funny indeed that he didn’t recognise it. Maybe because he was drinking tea at that time when I let him try the icing. 18C is also cold for me. We have 13C today.
