Good Afternoon! As you can see, I had quite the walk this morning. I need to find myself a nice pair of running shoes as I would like to run the trail at the rec. I boiled eggs yesterday and had one of them for my pre-workout breakfast. Came home and ate a protein bar with my coffee. I should work on my diet though, and see about steering away from the protein bars and exchanging them for protein powders / shakes. Research, that's another thing I need to do. It's noon and I need to get started on my day, but I thought I'd pop in, write a discussion and clear my notifications first. Hope everyone is having a good day.

Thank You! I am trying to stay active and keep at it. I'm worried about my activity level once it starts getting too warm. I go first thing in the morning to walk. There's a creek in my neighborhood that is a 24 minute walk from my house.

@oahuwriter Yes, I love it. There is a trail in the woods of the park. I may venture onto it tomorrow. I ventured a little bit on it today, but the ground was too soft.

I've had two eggs today. Thinking about limiting the protein bars I consume as I think they are too much sugar. Might try bulletproof coffee. Have we talked about that before?

@MommyOfEli2013 Yeah, I am sure I'll get tired of eggs quickly. I like fried or boiled better than any other type of egg. Have you used bulletproof before? I want to see how it works for me.

@ScribbledAdNauseum That's good to hear....I haven't had much eggs lately because they just don't sound good to me. I understand that about the bars though. I don't think we had talked about bulletproof coffee, but I do know what it is! lol.

Even when i try to run it's more like a slow jog. I think we have to condition our body's to run and not expect it to happen so easily.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Yes, you must be right. I tried to run a couple of times, but I always move fast and I have the impression that I will die, because I have no breath.

@Nevena83 This is exactly how I feel. It's very scary and makes me want to stop immediately. Even while jogging, I push myself a little past that before I stop. I think it is possible to learn to control our breathing with jogging, but it is not easy.

Your heart rate seems quite fast. Even walking doing 12 minute miles my heart rate maxed out at 84bpm

I am on the ketogenic diet and have been for a year, if not more. It can be challenging sometimes.
