Don't be shocked if...

...a student online failed your performance right after teaching him or her. It is normal because he or she is in denial for not able to perform well in his or her class. I am used to it and do not whine about it. At first, it makes me feel frustrated. In the long run, I just ignore it. How do you handle frustrations in life? Image Credit: previews.123rf.com

I think acceptance is important even if it takes time for us to be able to fully accept the reality.

You have a good point here. Acceptance is the key to deal frustrations lightly.

Do you mean Shavkat should accept that he is a bad teacher? I keep telling him his students are damaging his brain.

Just like you I let it be and just go on with I think is going to be better for me. There are times I really get frustrated and can`t figure it why but I just let it go somehow.

They can come and go. I don't mind at all. I cannot get why these rude students keep on booking my classes online.

@Shavkat I don't understand that, either. It makes no sense to me.

I don't know... nothing frustrates me. Did you get a flunking grade in class again?

@Shavkat I hope you don't get any more flunking grades. The students that do that aren't very nice.

I taught the lowest class before. Some didn't even bother to listen to what I taught. So I was used to that and not feeling frustrated at all.

I am fine with that situation. My classes online are being monitored. So I can't ignore this kind of student.

I empathized !! I think it will be good to talk with a student about what he/she can't understand and where and why the teaching method does not work this is kind of a difficult situation because we can't blame any. Because we don't know; she might have understood your teaching but unable to articulate or maybe she/ he is nervous during the exam it might be an environment at home during an online exam .. so on or Maybe she doesn't understand the questions.. So don't feel bad.. consider it as a pillar or blocked to clear ..

I wonder if a lot of people are having a difficult time with online work/study? It is okay to whine a little. I have a steady shoulder. I'm trying to identify my frustration at the moment so I can work towards a solution.

It can be frustrating if the company does not care about their virtual teachers' welfare.
