I’m Still Alive and Kicking!

Hey there, everyone. I’m still alive and kicking, I just haven’t had the chance to post on here lately.
I got my second Covid (Moderna) vaccine Thursday evening, and I was feeling the side effects on Friday. It was mostly body aches and fatigue, so it could’ve been worse. I drank a lot of Powerade and Gatorade and got some rest (after I got home from the store, as I wanted to pick up more fluids). I sort of watched WWE Smackdown, and I definitely watched Blue Bloods, and then I went to bed shortly after Blue Bloods.
I’m doing a lot better today. In fact, I just completed a short writing order. I’m about to head to York, PA (it’s about an hour away) with my best friend to pick something up (she ordered shoes and that’s where she needs to get them), and then we’re meeting my Mom and sisters at my oldest brother’s house, where my younger sister is going to try on her wedding dress. Awww! :D
Alrighty, I’m out. I just wanted to check in, but my best friend is going to be here very soon. You all have a great weekend. I just wanted to check in with everyone, and now I’m out. Take care! :)

@MommyOfEli2013 Thank you! I was feeling a lot better by Saturday and pretty much back to myself by Sunday.

Well I hope you had a safe trip and enjoyed the day with your friend. I haven't received my vaccine yet as I just got over the 90 days from having covid so hoping I can get one soon.

@tammys85 I hope so too. I feel pretty good haven't had any issues i fully recovered from having covid. Some people have issues months later but not me.

@tammys85 I am fine. I will take my first shot in June as I have to wait for that time. I have just recovered from the virus.

@Courtlynn I hope so! When I saw her last year, it was the first time since 2017, so hopefully, it's not another three years (but I know it can be difficult when you're two hours away and each have your own lives).
