The last time my brother came home it was to get the PG&E transferred to my new apartment. Well, long story short, PG&E has been very uncooperative, and it looks like I won't get the apartment at the price first advertised because PG&E won't sent me the information that I need any sooner than 24 hours. My brother and I both have talked to these people, and they won't budge. Sigh. Best laid plans, and all of that...
