So I baked a whole chicken for dinner. I seasoned it with garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay, oregano, salt and pepper and rubbed it with olive oil too; put garlic in cavity and under skin plus put a cut up lemon in cavity. Baked it for an hour and 20 minutes at 350 - checked the temperature and it was somewhere in the neighborhood of 170 or 180.
That was good stuff. Nice and tender and flavorful. We ate it with rice and broccoli. I had a leg/thigh and wing. Iced water was fine, actually really tasted good. I'd rather have iced water most of the time.
I got full. Didn't even eat that much, but it was satisfying.
