Well this place has you covered. They will even come out to your place and personally interview you, gather the information, and write your book. It is called StoryTerrace. Myself, I would need a team of writers, not just one. Would you like to do this? I wonder how much this costs. We write our live's stories here on myLot for free haha

AND we get paid (even if it's just a tuppence) for it too! No thanks. I was scrolling through facebook yesterday and came across a post. I can't recall exactly what it was about, but this woman said she practically told her life story to a date she met (and she wasn't quite sure why she was so open with him, but she regretted it later) and he started to stalk her. I'd rather be careful with who and how and where I tell people things.

I remember when we lost my Dad, our son was about 19 or 20, he was in university. He interviewed my mother, my brothers and myself. He read a little story that Papa showed him from a farming magazine about hands. He related what everyone said in their interview to that of Papa's hands-how he held the hand of his true love when he married her and brought her to the farm as newlyweds, how he used the hands to hold each of his 4 babies, and then held that of his daughter's when he kissed her at the front of the church on her wedding day, and he recalled how he held his steady, hard working, calioused hands as he played with each of his grandchildren. And finally he related the story about the hands, and how Papa held hands with his daughter and son-in-law as he left this earth, and they could feel his life go out of him as they held his hands. He did an excellent job for such a young guy.

@RebeccasFarm I have considered writing about my life but still on the fence about it. But I'd like to take a go at writing it myself and have an editor go through it. But still only considering or yet, still cannot be bothering started it right now. No motivation. Would be an amazing feeling to have something published though.

I do think it's a neat service/product, but I think I'd rather do it myself. If it doesn't come from my own writing, I don't know that even the best writer could capture "me". Right - we already do it on myLot .
