Still celebrating

Since the others couldn't come back to celebrate Eid, we'll just have to find other way to celebrate. I plan on sending some cookies to Second sister. It's the second time she's celebrating Eid alone in the city. Her area is under lockdown at this current moment. The same goes for Elder bro but he won't be alone. He already has a wife and kids. First sister who live the nearest also couldn't come back due to similar reason. She suggested that we all choose dark purple as the theme for this year. I already bought clothes for Mom and Lil bro. I would wear my baju kurung, our traditional clothes from years ago. It might not be the same as we usually do but we're still celebrating. Hopefully things will be better next year.

It's the best choice. Not really safe to go out and join a crowd.

That's sad. In celebration, the whole family should be together. Dam you covid. Lets hope for the best.

Are you still in lockdown? We have missed many celebrations the past 18 months.

It's good that you are still celebrating together in spirit, even if you are apart.

It's the best option. We can't let it defeat us.

Have I ever told you that you count weird? You are First sister. The one you call First sister is actually Second sister... Yes, send some delicious cookies to Third sister. It's a shame she is all alone in the city. I hope you have a good celebration.
