Yesterdays Quick Trip

Wasn't really a quick trip after all.. See.. none of us had any plans for yesterday, besides my blood work appointment in the morning. But as the day went on and we all started getting hungry, I decided we should go take a trip to Applebee's. Especially since the fiance keeps bringing up that we haven't been back since I was gifted $120 in giftcards for them. Now, the trip there went fast. No traffic. Very little drizzling here and there. However we had to wait 10minutes to be seated, even with plenty of tables being empty. And then it took them about 45minutes to take our order, bring our drinks, and bring our appetizers. Nevermind bringing our meals. Which were overcooked / dried out, and not seasoned right. Then before leaving to come back home we stopped next door at Walmart to look for a few things. Which took extra time because the fiance couldn't decide on which he wanted, from the things he went to look for. And then we made a stop at another Walmart - one that's closer to here, on the way back from there.. to check that one. Thankfully though it was so late into the night now, that that one was closing in 20minutes, so we didn't stay too long. Then we came home and I started washing some of the things we all picked up while watching tv and trying to relax my mind on something that was to happen today, and the bad food experience we had.. which made me so hungry the rest of the night but I couldn't eat to make up for it.
