I dropped a can of soup on the middle of my foot. I took my sock off and no bruise . I can wiggle my big toe so it is not broken. But it still hurts a lot. Here is what I was going to tell you. Drink chocolate milk after you exercise. The calcium, protein and cocoa speeds fat burn. When you go for a walk. Walk up hill that burns more calories.

At least you did not break a bone when the can of soup fell on your foot. Thanks for the advice of walking up hills for exercise since there is a small hill near my home that leads to a scrap yard.

@jstory07 At least you are okay since my fear is that an object like a can hits me on the foot and causes me great pain.

But all too often they put way too much sugar in the chocolate milk. I do know you can buy organic cacao powder and make your own chocolate milk that's really healthy.

I'm lucky, I don't really have a sweet tooth and if I do crave something sweet I can satisfy that with fruit.

Ouch! Lucky for me my milk is in a paper carton (no worries if I drop it on my foot) Good tip and the protein in milk is good for keeping muscle tone.
