It was a bit of a change-up this morning when I got to the YWCA. The news vehicle was already there from Channel Two news. It's rare when the YWCA gets noticed by newshounds. It's usually the YMCA. They filmed in the pool area, so you get to see the four of us in the background while the reporter interviews the woman about an event coming up next week.
You can barely see me in the second lane from the far side next to the competitive swimmer. He and his wife compete locally in swim events. They trade off coming at five a.m. because they have children to get ready for school as soon as they leave the Y.
The woman in the purple printed suit is Barb, my pool friend I'm always talking about. I'll need to tell her she was on camera this morning. So was Lisa in the white cap. The guy is Eric.
There you have a good view of the pool area. You also know I made it to the pool this morning and had a good workout in the fitness center after the pool. The lifeguard is Terry.

well, that is interesting. The YMCA interviewed Al and me for one of their publications last year, I never saw the final result but I hope it was interesting.
