Life Update?

I know I haven't posted/shared anything the past couple days. Really haven't known what to say.
It's Monday and the week has started....hopefully it will be a good week.
Today, I took my grandma to her doctor appointment. She is not doing too well....she has trouble with her oxygen/breathing. She has COPD...but her oxygen drops if she's up and moving around while being on oxygen.
Doctor is sending her for a pulmonary function test ASAP.
My Grandpa is still doing the same....stays in bed all day. Doesn't seem to be improving really.
I'm back on low carb today, but for how long? That's a good question. I hope for a long time....

Thank you, we hope so too. Sorry that he had COPD. Thank you, we hope he will get better but it's been over a year now... And thank you.

@MommyOfEli2013 He suffered and it never got better. But maybe it will for your Grandma. Does your Grandpa have it as well?

@CarolDM Oh wow, that is scary...I am so sorry! I am hoping she can get better....she was doing better for a while but now is really struggling. She did smoke for probably 40 years though. My grandpa does not have breathing issues as far as I know.

I guess so....that is the exhausting part.

I'm sorry your Grandmother and Grandfather are not doing well. Hopefully you will be able to stay on low carb for most of the week.

I am sorry too. Nope, don't think low carb will be happening this week...well I mean fully. I will try when I can. I do need to get back on track though.
