Loudly Speaking

My ears were irritated by one of the bank’s clients with loud voice that was audible to everybody’s ears in all corners of the bank. My seat is less than two meters away from her location. She’s transacting to the person in the table in one corner of the bank. They’re talking about insurance but she really speak loudly that it irritates my eardrums. She should have tone down the volume of her voice as it is distracting to the other clients. The newly seated people from the outside can’t help but turn their heads and might be curious on what’s going on.
Are you irritated by the loud voice of a person when he or she’s speaking?

Not really. I tune it out. I understand I'm no better so I can't judge others.

Some people just talk loudly at the most inappropriate times.

Voice matters to me. I have strong vocal cords also and everybody can hear my whispers. Sigh. Thing is, I have good enunciation and everyone thinks me classy. They call me Inglesera though, which i really don't like. I shift to perfect Tagalog whenever someone comments. But my voice, even if its loud, everybody wants to listen.
The woman at the bank must have a squeaky or unpleasant voice.

@ZedSmart I know what you mean - the palengkera monotone. Yup, that's irritating.
