Why are cats scared of cucumbers ?

Hi everyone ! So i was watching these videos where cats jump scared when they see cucumbers. It was certainly fun to watch but, why are you scared of it exactly ? Have you seen these type of videos ? Why are they scared ?

They do? My cats don't even care about it. Maybe those cats never see a cucumber before.
