Some bittergourds harvest

It rained yesterday evening and everything is messy in the garden. Some pots fell due to heavy wind , they did not break. I cleaned everything and did some harvest. The picture is from my garden

Looks like your garden and plants are very healthy, lush greens and the bittergourd looks crunchy. I prefer eating them raw.

@prashu228 oh yes.. We do that here.. just add some tomato and pour with lemon juice.. then it is off to go

haha yes some don't like because of the bitter taste , but there are ways we can get rid of the bitter taste , they add some ingredients while preparing the dish

Congratulations to your harvest! Actually I don't like eating bitter gourds because I don't like anything taste bitter. But I know it is a healthy vegetable.
