Weight Loss Testimony

I have been thinking. I have been watching about the carbs and sugar that I consume for a while now. I get plenty of exercise from the cafe and in-home walking. However, I am at a plateau. When I was younger and was a waif, I watched my calories as opposed to carbs. I also exercised doing an exercise I loved to do. A mini-trampoline. I cannot do a mini-trampoline anymore. However, I do have a fitness pedal exerciser that I love to exercise with. This leads me to: *Eat what you like, just not too much. *Exercise doing what you can do and like to do. Easy yes? Small portions and avoid food that brings very little satisfaction but too many calories.

@Spontaneo Empty calories are dangerous, I notice that all the time people never calculate the calories of what they drink, but this also count!

My roommates always buy a prepared chicken pasta dish from Sam's club. It does not fill me up, yet the roommates get mad if I do not have any. Empty calories!

I have no weight loss testimony, I was even a thin baby way back then. Now, I'm diabetic so I just follow the ADA guidelines, which is easy to do.

I refrain from eating more rice and tries best to eat more veggies. I also cut down on sodas.
