A quiet Eid celebration

I woke up early to prep the chicken. Supposed to do that last night but I was sleepy so I went to sleep early. Spend an hour to grill the chicken using electric grill. After lunch, we video call the others who couldn't come back. Second sister was visiting Older brother. They're in the same district so it's possible for that. First sister was at home with her family.

Happy Eid! The pandemic has made every celebration a quiet and low profile one. We hope that all this ends soon and we can again go back to celebrating special days with our loved ones

Happy Eid to you. Country is celebrating the festival silently and safely. Government requested to celebrate the same at home without getting affected with Virus. Being safe is the need of the hour.

Happy Eid to you. Certainly we cannot celebrate occasions and festivities like we use to because of the pandemic. Hope this is all over soon and we can go back to normal.

Happy Eid to you and your family. This pandemic has made full fledged celebrations of festivals difficult.

@ladyhero it's the same for this past few days. At least it's not increasing. We have to wait until a week or so to see the progress. Some of the result over the past few days were connected from the existing cases. It will like this for at least a few more days.

@prinzcy malaysia is under a tight lockdown, so what about the development of the virus? Is there a decrease or a constant, or an increase during the lockdown?

@prinzcy I'm not sure if I'm thankful or not! I like speaking to friends but I don't always want them to see me, especially if I'm not looking so good - and for me that seems to be the case whenever I use Zoom or similar.
