Guess what? I accompanied my lovely mom to have her first shot of Astrazeneca. I was just asking some information how the process will be. Then, the nurse said, 'You can also have it.' uhm, I was so skeptical at first and did have it with my mom. After 10 weeks, the next dose will be administered.
Any good things happen to your life today?

Good for you.
I just registered earlier to get vaccinated. Hoping I get my preferred brand.

Right ..I am afraid of the side affects too... doctors are saying it's common to get body pains and slight fever...

@prashu228 You said it right. That's what they claimed. Before it happens, we took the medicine after having the first shot.

glad to hear you got vaccinated! Dose one protects you a lot, dose two and you will be secure at least from extremely severe Covid.

Good that you got your first dose with your mom. And I remember your post. So, finally you could convince your mom. The more people get vaccinated, the better it would be.

I knew the fact that I am not on the priority list. So I was so hesitant at first. I don't know if it is really allowed. According to this nurse, if the senior citizen has a companion, he or she is allowed to have the vaccine for free, too.

@cherigucchi Speaking of the lottery, no luck for that. it is better to have this than spending time thinking for the lucky numbers.

@oahuwriter I think we are fine now. We did not take any medications for the feverish feeling after having it.
