Light Dinner of Pasta Salad

Was outside most of the day again today. Visited with neighbors. Enjoyed the socialization. Decided on a light dinner of pasta salad. I often buy the boxed Suddenly Salad. It is easy to cook. Or you can make your own. Add whatever ingredients you like. I enjoy fresh tomatoes in the summer time. I used pasta, olive oil, olives, cheese, tomatoes, bacon, and little salt and pepper. Passed on the cucumbers and onions as shown in the photo. Enjoy your evening everyone.

Ooh, yum! Nothing says summer like fresh tomatoes! That salad photo looks good, save for the olives. And I like Suddenly Salads, too!

I agree about the tomatoes. My neighbor will have some in a couple of months to share. The salad was great.

Sounds delicious. Nice to socialize again. We invited our son and his girlfriend over for pizza. Leftovers tonight! Yay!

@CarolDM Welcome. We went to our son’s girlfriend’s house for dinner Saturday night. Her mother invited us and we finally got to meet her brother. Felt good dressing up and getting out of the house to socialize again.

I managed to get out before the rain, yesterday and scared off the garden cats! They came back once I'd finished cutting the grass. I, too, had a simple supper of steamed veg and veggie steak. I did treat myself to a slice of vanilla cheese cake!
