Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. Personally speaking, if I am not in a good mood, sometimes I don't like to eat. If I eat, I eat little.
Does mood changes impact your diet too?? What you do to lift your mood. I generally eat what I like when I am upset like chocolate and stuff. Sugary stuff is bad but in this case, it works wonders for me as I feel happy having it, thus mood changes.
Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!!

Mood and sickness does impact our appetite. But then I force myself to eat well as being a diabetic I can not go for fasting or feasting either. Good that you have found something that lifts your mood.

Mood has no connection with my eating habit. I would take my breakfast, lunch and dinner irrespective of my mood. I avoid taking chocolates etc., which are high on sugar content.

I think moods can definitely affect your diet. When I'm bored or upset I tend to snack on junk foods more. I overindulge with Chips and sweets.

Yes. Sometimes. I usually try to fight over it and eat when I need to eat
