A Year Without John

On May 19, 2020 everything was as "normal" as the "new normal" allowed here in myLot land. I was in the middle of COVID-inspired countdowns about songs with "house" in the title (since we were all locked up in our houses for two months) and "free" in the title (to celebrate some states starting to open with restrictions).
The next day, John Roberts was gone.
He's been gone for a year, and I have no idea what happened. I hope for the best, but fear the worst.
He had just started a countdown of his favorite Cary Grant movies. He never got to the classics like Bringing Up Baby, Charade, or North By Northwest.
That means, too, we've been a year without his "Watch Anything Good on TV Last Night" posts.
Man, do I miss him.

It's so, so sad. I wonder if anyone would notice if I were gone? Something to think about. I hope John is still alive and well.

Yeah, I miss him too. He didn't seem to be in a very good frame of mind towards the end. I wish he just would have said good bye so we didn't worry about him.

I was always looking forward to his posts. Maybe one day a miracle will happen and he'll be back with an explanation but I too don't really believe that just wish him all the best and perhaps a contact I am into those feelings, Love that song,
