Enjoyed Coffee Inside Today

As the weather heats up, I spend most mornings inside with coffee. My Eeyore mug is a friend to enjoy the moments with.
The cats are staying inside, except for a few minutes in the early morning and late evening in the screen room. They enjoy being cool as I do.
Hopefully the rain will come soon and cool things off. In the meantime, I will stay pretty much inside. A lot to watch from the windows.
Changed the birdbath earlier. Saw two cardinals, a robin feeding her baby, a thrasher taking care of her eggs, and the swallows still incubating in Dustin's garden.

Nice to be inside if you want to be inside. I'm sure the birds will be happy that you took care of the bird bath. Don't blame you. The heat will be here for a while, because summer's coming.

I doubt we get most of those birds here. I've never been able to get close enough to the smaller birds to determine what they are, they fly off so blasted fast, but I'm betting most are sparrows.
I had a cup of coffee a little while ago, I'm getting used to drinking it black.

As the weather heats up I spend more time outside--I love heat!!! Besides we also get those pesky afternoon rains---what we call 'tourist breaks'--gives them time to go back to their hotel, take a shower and a nap and then go out and spend money for dinner!
