Today's a rather busy day! In the yard working! Talk about hard work! But slowly but surely we are getting this insane bamboo down. Can't believe things got out of control like this!! Some workers find so many excuses why they can't do this or that! They're just wasting time on the clock. Hopefully by next Friday things will be back to normal ! Do you have workers that waste time on the clock!

The back yard has suffered from neglect! Everything you can think of is out there! It's been referred to as a jungle many times

Yard work IS hard work . . . I truly learned this past year. Bamboo . . . oohh, it's supposed to be invasive - grows like crazy - I've seen it "take over". We don't have any workers working on our house currently or regularly . . . but oh yah, some know how to take advantage of wasting time .

@db20747 Something like bamboo they gotta take care of it right away - apparently even a day could make a difference. It seems like good work ethics have gone out the door - nobody wants to take pride in doing excellent work. They do the minimal and expect their pay .

This crap moves fast! A long story how our yard got this way. Some workers are good for some things and not others. I think they try to drag it out as long as they can and want to still get paid

We have plenty of that. I think it's typical in any workplace. You always have those people who make you wonder how they still on the job.

Workers always pass time like this only. One has to watch them carefully. They can always make excuses for not doing work.

Yes, and they wonder why you are watching them! You have to watch them like a hawk or the job won't get done

@db20747 everywhere this is the problem. Being in a production process at job I have to monitor the targets of the workers here.

No I haven't but God willing I wouldn't wish to work with people who are lazy and not equal to the task .it's a total waste of energy and time.
