A busy day

Its late evening here and I'm quite tired. Today was busy on my side. I went for work in the morning. I had an appointment to visit the bank, so I finished up my clients in the morning hours.
After lunch I went to the bank to pick my new visa card. Fortunately I found the confused man who went with my documents yesterday and I did everything well.
I hurried back because we had a meeting for all workers, so I needn't miss. I was quite late for it and I found my Secretary chairing it. I was meant to chair it. I just joined them and everything went on.
It was quite a busy day.

I am glad your secretary was there to take notes for you. I'm sorry you were late, but glad you concluded your business at the bank. Here in the US our bank cards are mailed to us. I think some financial institutions, like credit unions, do require you to pick the card up.

@Belexhanns We have security in that the card can not be activated without us calling and providing verification.

Today was our weekly shopping trip. Got what we needed for 60 bucks more or less. And, that's shopping at two different stores today and picking up my scrips.

i spent the whole morning at work. I need to sign some important documents and I was on the internet too attending a webinar. I continued with my webinar at home because there is a disinfection schedule every Friday afternoon. It was a fine day yesterday and today I will stay home most of the time in my bedroom and work on some reports for submission on Monday.

In a word..hot...actually not so much hot, as humid. It deosn't have to be very hot to be uncomfortable when the humidity is high.
