important lesson learned

A discussion here made me remember about how too much dried fruit can make you sick.
A few years ago i was eating dried mangoes while watching TV, I think i was more than halfway through a 500 gram pack. It was just so delicious. I didn't really think anything bad would happen since it was just fruit... i was so wrong.
I woke up a few hours later with a stomach ache...stayed in the bathroom and asked myself why this is happening?
Then I puked it all, not a good experience.
Turns out having too much fiber in your body is not good, plus it was dried fruit, so imagine how many regular fruit that is.

Too much of anything can make you sick, like water,milk, fruits are good for us but if we eat too much of these or drink we will get sick
