National Donut Day

This evening, one roommate and I were sitting on our front porch. While there, our neighbor walked over with a covered plate.
She said "Today is National Donut Day, happy National Donut Day and I just got these from the bakery". 3 cream sticks, 1 for each.
This week I lost 4 pounds too! I told her "thank you" and that I would probably re-gain the pounds!
She really is a nice neighbor. We go to church together and yard sales too.

On this Donut Day, I'm sitting on a donut pillow. (Bruised my tailbone when I fell two weeks ago!) I like your kind of donut better.

I didnt know it was doughnut day but hubby bought some yesterday. I like all my neighbors here.
