Raindrops on the Coral Bells

With a light rain most of the day, the garden is covered in raindrops. Went out and snapped a few photos in between showers. My coral bells are looking nice beside the hydrangea. I like the burgundy leaves in all of my gardens, front and back. Coral Bells make nice border plants and put on a show when planted in groups. Their foliage is vibrant and is great for making the colors of nearby flowers in the garden stand out. Darker purple leaves can make yellow flowers glow, while leaves can bring out the tones of green leaves. Another easy plant to grow. And they like a little shade. They also have long shoots of light pink tinted blooms as well. Photo is mine.

I've never seen those before. They are pretty. I went out earlier and took pictures of different parts of my yard. I've got purple oxalis in the front flower bed and they are blooming bright pink. I like the color contrast. Photo is mine.

I like coral bells also, yours look stunning. They are also one of our daughter-in-law's favorites in the yard also. No rain here today, just lots of extreme heat.
