Day 300
Promise 770
Revelation 20:7 And when the thousand years expire, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8 And shall go out to deceive the nations in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
10 And the devil who deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever.
When a judge sentences a person to prison, he sets a time limit for prisoners.
John saw Satan cast into the bottomless pit and chained there for a thousand years.
Revelation 20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. (KJV)
When the thousand years ended, the angel released Satan so he could do what he does best, deceive the nations, but not for the millennia he has since God cast him out of heaven, but for a short season. Long enough for him to gather his followers together for the final battle. When they were all in one place, they encircled the saints of God and God sent fire from heaven to devour them and cast Satan into the lake of fire and brimstone for eternity.
As Christians, you wait for the day when God punishes Satan so he will not torment people anymore. It is a day of rejoicing for all the saints. A day you will see as you take part in the battle to go against the Antichrist, Satan, who deceived the nations since the Garden of Eden.
Revelation 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he who sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 And out of his mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
You will see Satan cast into the lake of fire and brimstone. He will no longer deceive anyone. It is also with sadness you see how many people will share his sentence. Satan gathered those loyal to him as many as the sands of the sea.
Your mission since Jesus returned to heaven has been to go to the nations and teach them about Him so the number of unbelievers will be fewer than the saints.
Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
This is the end of the world. This is God’s judgment on Satan and all those who rejected His Son, Jesus. God sentenced Satan to the lake of fire and brimstone for eternity. God’s final judgment will be on all those who followed him.
When the final battle takes place, which side will you be on? Will your loyalties be with Jesus or the Antichrist? His followers are as numerous as the sands of the sea.
Let’s pray: Father, help me be Your witness now to take Your mandate to the ends of the earth. Help me be Your voice to the nations, showing them the way of salvation so they will stand with You in the final battle and not with Satan. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

God certainly has a mighty plan worked out for the world, and even Satan, played some type of a role, to test the faithful, I guess, to see if they would be tempted, or stay strong, in the army of the Lord, instead.

@just4him Well, he did test Job, the most faithful of them all.

@just4him God even "tested" his own son, subjecting him to 40 days of temptation too.

Amen!
The more I step into understanding the bible, the more I realize I didn't know and learn more. Its just not something read once and done. Each time something else pops out after learning something else! Thank you for doing these studies since it does help to rethink things and see stuff in new ways.
