Hello 
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a cloudy and cold weather. I did have my morning walk and I hope I can still have a good walk later 
I will be preparing a very simple food from ground beef. You will just have to fry it with minced garlic and onion. Then, add potatoes and carrots. sprinkle it with salt or put some fish sauce to taste. Then serve it with steamed rice. Oh so yummy.

We don't use ground beef, we use ground pork. I like it with tomato sauce, green peas, dice hotdogs and quail eggs

I've had it without any fish sauce and without putting it on rice. The potatoes take the place of rice here.
