Sweet Smelling Blooms Bring Bees

Was walking around in the yard just now, in between rain showers, with my camera. Lots of blooms to see today.
I have one Golden Privet shrub in the front garden. When it blooms, it smells wonderful. Very sweet, like honeysuckle. The bees are all over the shrub, all summer long.
Snapped this photo after standing still a few minutes, so they would not notice me. Would like to get more of the shrubs to have all over the yard. The fragrance is something else.
This shrub will have the green leaves and white blooms through the end of September usually. Another favorite in the yard.

@CarolDM Here we have a Honeybee Festival every year. The beekeepers bring their bees and of course they sell honey.

@CarolDM No problem. And that is good to hear. I get anxiety over them. I am not allergic, but been stung enough to not want that to ever happen again. Bees/wasps are the only reason I am not a big fan of summer. The heat I could deal with....bees, no thanks

That’s why bees hover around my citrus plant. The flowers are so fragrant.

Back in Latvia, we had bees in our garden all summer long, Even saved one from a rain puddle at onetime and it sat on my finger after I got it out of the puddle and did not sting me, It must have known I was saving it,

If like honeysuckle that's a great smell. I like the essential oil..That and jasmine.

It does look nice. My husband isn't a fan of attracting bees.
