One of my groceries order was cancelled. Apparently, they listed the items more than what they really have
I already complaint at the customer service. I know there's no way for them to ship the items that they don't have, but it's not even my fault that this happened. You can't just cancel and tell your buyer you're refunding without explanation. They didn't even apologized!
I will purchase those items again. But not now.

It's a little odd that they showed more stock than they actually have, though.

@prinzcy It is possible that's true. I know apps that people download onto their phones that show cheaper/going out of stock items at Walmart are often wrong. The app will sometimes show that a store has 15 of one item and there are actually 1 at each store in an area. The app just clumps them all together. (Those people will argue with the associates until they are forced to leave the store by an assistant manager. There's nothing the associates can do about it.)
Yeah, I'd think the online store would be the place with the direct access to the items. Their inventory should be correct.
Edit to add: I agree, an apology goes a long way to keeping the customers happier.

I ordered something from Ebay and it was sent back..I was so disappointed. I talked to the man at the post office, he said. maybe the lady did it I got a refund, but still I wanted what I ordered.

because amazon sometimes have the tendency to not inform the customer at all about their products and after way past the delivery date, they just send a message stating sorry, we cant deliver.
